Delivery & Payment

At the moment, we deliver to all of the UK, Europe, United States, Canada.

UK First Class Delivery / £1.50
Airmail to Europe / £3.00 now just £2.50
Airmail to North America / £5.00  now just £3.50

We currently offer free delivery on all UK orders over £15. We now offer free delivery on all UK orders over £10.

Postage includes the cost of quality envelopes which minimises the risk of damage to the card in delivery to you.

All items are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received (unless weekend / bank holiday). Please allow time for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for occurrences that are out of our hands, such as strikes, but we will inform the Royal Mail of any problems with delivery.

All customers will be charged in Great British Pounds (GBP / £), so any orders from overseas may be charged differently depending on the exchange rate.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please get in contact with us. The more information you give, the more chance we have of resolving the situation.

How can I pay?

You have three options. You can use your debit or credit card directly on this website (please see above and our Privacy Policy for information about security). If you have a PayPal account, you can use this by selecting it at checkout. And for piece of mind, you can also enter your debit or credit card details directly onto PayPal without the need for registering. Again, just select PayPal at checkout.

Returns

We aim to deliver excellent customer service at all times. If you are ever unhappy with us, please contact us to let us know. Constructive criticism is most welcome.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours via Royal Mail First Class / Airmail but we cannot be held responsible for issues as strikes and bad weather etc. So please order in plenty of time. We reserve the right to hold the posting of any card should payment not authorise within the 24 hour window. This, however, is rare. And should such a situation arise, we will get in touch.

Although we deal with some big companies that can supply us with quality images of the original artwork, some of our smaller suppliers are family run business that handcraft their cards. In these situations, cards will be scanned individually by ourselves. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure accurate imagery, we cannot guarantee this. Some handcrafted cards may also vary in detail and colour.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please create a return request on the orders page. Then return the items with the details of purchase within 28 days and we will refund the items and postage.

Pricing Policy

We aim to provide 'nice' cards at competitive prices. And although we are legally allowed to sell our products at any price we choose, some suppliers would not sell to an online-only business in case we undersold the high street stores who also stocked their cards. The fears of these suppliers was if these stores were concerned at being undersold, they would discontinue those ranges thus losing them that business.

As a small player in the greeting card business, we understand these worries and as such our prices are always under review.

Why hasn't my card arrived?

All orders that we receive are posted by 12 noon the next day. On occasion, if your credit or debit card hasn't received instant authorisation, delivery of the card(s) may be delayed.

If the order status is complete, then your card is in the hands of Royal Mail and there is nothing we can do to track an order. We will get in touch with Royal Mail, however, if any problems arise.

Please remember that first class items are not guaranteed next day delivery, although 90% of first class items to arrive the next day.
