We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours via Royal Mail First Class / Airmail but we cannot be held responsible for issues as strikes and bad weather etc. So please order in plenty of time. We reserve the right to hold the posting of any card should payment not authorise within the 24 hour window. This, however, is rare. And should such a situation arise, we will get in touch.
Although we deal with some big companies that can supply us with quality images of the original artwork, some of our smaller suppliers are family run business that handcraft their cards. In these situations, cards will be scanned individually by ourselves. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure accurate imagery, we cannot guarantee this. Some handcrafted cards may also vary in detail and colour.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please create a return request on the orders page. Then return the items with the details of purchase within 28 days and we will refund the items and postage.
